I am breath

I have been focusing on the breath as a way to stop the mind.  It works, but I am so used to the mind and all of its functions that it is a constant process.  I have to really apply awareness to each and every breath in order to maintain a silence of the mind.  This results in an overall awareness of just that I am.  There is nothing more that what I am in each and every breath.  The answer is not "out there" somewhere is.  It is within and as the breath.  Simple, but it takes a constant and consistent effort.  It is a process and someday it will be natural.
